Whitney is a native of McMinnville, Tennessee and her experience includes working at the Intensive Care Unit of Cookeville Regional Hospital. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse and Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee.
Whitney is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Whitney earned both her Masters in Science, Nursing degree and her Bachelor of Science, Nursing degree from Tennessee Technological University, Cookeville, TN.
Whitney is affiliated with the Tennessee Nurses' Association, American Nursing Association and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
With a masters degree in nursing, Nurse Practitioners are able to perform physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, order and interpret laboratory and imaging results, and provide appropriate and evidence-based treatment. Nurse Practitioners can write prescriptions and give medications, as well as perform office procedures such as IVs, sutures, Pap smears, implantable birth control, IUD placement or removal, and much more.

Theresa is a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse and Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Theresa earned her Master in Science, Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and a Bachelor of Science, Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in Memphis Tennessee.
Theresa speaks both English and Spanish and is affiliated with the Tennessee Nurses' Association, American Nursing Association and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

We understand traditional office hours are not convenient for many in our community. We also know that getting an appointment quickly when you need one can often prove impossible. We seek to improve access to quality, efficient health care by providing care 7 days a week and staying open later than traditional medical practices. We accept patients by appointment or by walk-in.
